The purpose of this guide is to assist Registered Aboriginal Parties (RAPs) and Public Land Managers (PLMs) to prepare and negotiate an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Land Management Agreement (ACHLMA) in accordance with the requirements of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 and the Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 2018. The information in this Guide is not intended be prescriptive, rather provides general guidance in approaching discussions and negotiations for entering into an ACHLMA.
