First Peoples - State Relations provides support to Traditional Owners across Victoria to engage in nation-building and prepare for future treaty negotiations.
First Mortgage and Community Infrastructure Program
The Program aims to strengthen the economic capacity and sustainability of Aboriginal organisations to move towards self-determination. Aboriginal organisations who own property where the Minister for Treaty and First Peoples (Minister) holds a first mortgage can apply to have the first mortgage removed.
Aboriginal Community Infrastructure Program
Funding up to $1.6 million is available for Aboriginal organisations to build new community infrastructure or repair, refurbish or expand existing community infrastructure.
Victorian Aboriginal Remembrance Service
This service honours Aboriginal service men and women, past and present. The event is held annually on 31 May at the Shrine of Remembrance.

Ricci Marks Awards
The Ricci Marks Awards offer $5,000 for 2 First Nations people aged 16-25 years. A special commendation award, The Ricci Marks Rising Star award, is offered to a third recipient for a bursary of $1,500.
